TIE 212 Product Development and Corporate Innov.
This course introduces students to using an entrepreneurial and lean start-up view to solving real-world start-up entrepreneurial challenges including the pathway to commercializing research. It also equips students to understand and manage innovation in the corporate world, developing competencies in evidence-based decision-making and hypothesis testing. The course build on concepts and tools introduced in
TIE 211, but elaborates on the concrete and practical approaches to validation and 3rd party financing (start-up entrepreneurship) and the innovation management and organizational dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship.
