SOC 215 Canadian Social Structure is a macro level analysis of factors such as (but not limited to) ethnicity, region, gender and class as a basis for understanding contemporary Canadian society.
Prerequisites: English Studies 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60%

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
- identify a contradiction in Canadian Society that is significant for you, the discipline and society;
- develop an analysis of this contradiction from a sociological perspective that is macro, historical, and critical;
